Business to Business Terms & Conditions

By engaging KRS Electrical & Security for goods and services you enter into a binding contract in common law. The conditions for which are set out below.
All parts supplied and workmanship guaranteed for 1 year. (Excluding consumables ie lamps & batteries unless stated otherwise)
14 day Cancellation Rights: You have a 14 day cooling off period to cancel our contract. However, you have no right to cancel should you ask us to carry out urgent repairs or maintenance. Further more, your right to cancel shall end when the goods we supply become inseparably mixed with other goods so they can not be returned.
Invoices to be settled in full within 30 days or you are in tacit agreement to charges as per terms and conditions. Discounts limited to invoices settled within 7 days. Disputes with invoices to be made within 7 working days in writing or email.
If you choose to pay by cheque it is you responsibility to ensure cheques are received by our office within 23 days to allow for the 7 day clearance time taken by the banking system. Otherwise you will be liable for the 15% surcharge and a £25 admin fee for late payment.
Returned cheques will incur a £25 Admin fee and may be subject to a 15% surcharge.
Overdue invoices will incur surcharge at 15% per month. Late payments made without payment for the extra credit taken will be invoiced for the unpaid surcharge plus a £25 admin fee.
For late payments a maximum of 3 Notices will be issued. After this time the matter will be referred to the county court and a charge of £25 for each Notice will apply. Including all costs to recover invoiced charges which the invoiced party will be notified of in the final notice.
